Beaumont Health has suspended 370 employees -- a little more than 1 percent of its workforce -- for missing an Oct. 18 deadline to get vaccinated, Crain's Detroit Business reports. They'll be fired unless they get initial Covid shots by Nov. 16.

None of the departed Ford workers have opted to get the vaccine and return, according to Crain's.
